What You’ll Do – Essential Responsibilities

  • Process weekly Accounts Payable workflow and associated transactions
  • Assist with weekly processing of Accounts Receivables
  • Participate in the month-end closing process including creation of various journal entries and schedules
  • Prepare reports and compile data for internal and external reporting purposes
  • Daily monitoring and processing activities related to ACH transactions, payroll deposits, and client invoicing
  • Recommend system and process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency strengthen internal controls

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge of AR/AP fundamentals
  • Associate Degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred)
  • Two (2) years related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to manage workload and act on own initiative to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with co-workers in a remote team environment
  • Positive, customer focused attitude
  • Contingent upon favorable and verifiable professional references
  • Contingent upon successful post-offer criminal background investigation

 

What Our Firm Offers:

  • Starting Pay of $55,000-$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

IMMEDIATE OPENING – Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is hiring temporary production workers through Allevity Recruiting & Staffing!

Shifts Available:
Start times between 5:00am and 6:00am, with end times ranging from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.

This is a part-time position with scheduling contingent on the production needs of the brewery. Hours may vary week to week.

Must be 18+ years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging and Labeling: Accurately and efficiently pack brewery products into variety packs according to established standards and labels.

  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, ensuring that all items are in good condition and meet our quality standards.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of variety pack components and inform the supervisor when more product is necessary.

  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with brewery regulations and policies.

  • Organization: Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other brewery team members to maintain a smooth production process.

Qualifications:

  • Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads (up to 40 lbs).

  • Outstanding attendance on site and the ability to work varying or rotating shifts.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

  • Previous experience in a packing or assembly role is a plus.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a File Management and Data Entry Assistant. This role involves physical handling of files, accurate data entry, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, lifting and moving boxes of files, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and file organization. Position will last for 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

File Handling and Organization

  • Lift and move bankers boxes of files (approximately 20–30 lbs.) between designated work areas.
  • Unpack and sort boxes, systematically removing individual files for review and processing.
  • Re-box files post-processing in an organized manner for shipment to an off-site archiving service.

Data Entry and Documentation

  • Accurately enter file-specific data (e.g., file names, dates, reference numbers) into spreadsheets (Excel) or tracking systems.
  • Ensure all entries are complete, legible, and error-free.

Confidential File Management

  • Handle all documents in compliance with organizational privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and maintain security protocols at all times.

Quality Control and Accuracy

  • Confirm all files are correctly labeled and documented before being re-boxed.
  • Perform regular checks to maintain accuracy and consistency in both data entry and physical file management.

Workplace Cleanliness and Safety

  • Keep the work area clean and well-organized, ensuring boxes and files are stored and handled safely.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines for lifting and moving heavy items.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in file handling, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs safely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
